Request deletion from REO Hub
Email corrections@reohub.app with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the email address or account identifier you used with REO Hub, the connected platform (such as Facebook or Instagram), and enough detail for us to locate the information. Do not send your password, access token, Social Security number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information so that another person cannot misuse this process. We will acknowledge the request and ordinarily finish it within 30 days after verification, unless law or the complexity of the request allows or requires more time.
Facebook and Instagram users
- Open Facebook or Meta’s Apps and Websites settings.
- Find REO Hub and choose the option to remove its access.
- Follow any displayed prompt to request deletion of information shared with the app.
- You may also email the request above if no deletion prompt appears or if you want written confirmation from REO Hub.
Removing access stops future Meta platform data from being provided through that connection. It does not by itself delete content you posted directly on Facebook or Instagram; manage that content in the relevant Meta service.
What we delete
When applicable, deletion includes Meta app-scoped identifiers, connection records or tokens, authorized account data, and support information that can reasonably be linked to the verified requester. REO Hub’s public site does not offer consumer accounts, and nearby-search coordinates are not saved to a user profile or property record.
Information that may remain
We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or documenting completion of the request. Service providers may keep backup copies for a limited period under their retention schedules. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may also remain.
Public records and third-party property listings are not account data supplied by a Meta user. To report inaccurate listing information, use the same contact address and identify the property and correction requested.
