Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to REO Hub. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Property-discovery service only

REO Hub aggregates and organizes real-estate information from outside sources. REO Hub is not a real-estate broker, auctioneer, lender, title company, appraiser, law firm, or financial adviser, and it does not represent a buyer, seller, owner, lender, servicer, broker, or auction platform. Use of the site does not create an agency, fiduciary, professional, or contractual relationship with any property participant.

Verify every listing

Listings may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, inaccurate, postponed, withdrawn, under contract, sold, or otherwise unavailable. Prices, auction terms, title, liens, occupancy, access, property condition, eligibility, and deadlines can change without notice. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the original source and qualified professionals before acting. Never enter a property without lawful permission or disturb an occupant.

No offer or professional advice

Content on REO Hub is general information, not an offer, solicitation, appraisal, valuation, investment recommendation, or legal, tax, lending, title, construction, or financial advice. Calculators and estimates are illustrative scenarios only. Obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your situation.

Permitted use

You may use the public site for lawful, personal property research. You may not bypass access controls; probe or disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; use data to harass owners or occupants; or scrape, copy, republish, resell, or build a competing database from site content except where applicable law or a separate written license clearly permits it. Automated access must respect published controls and must not burden the service or violate a source’s rights.

Third-party content and services

Listing text, photographs, maps, records, trademarks, and other material may belong to third parties. Links are provided for convenience and verification; REO Hub does not control or endorse every linked service and is not responsible for its availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

Intellectual property

REO Hub’s original site design, software, branding, and compilation are protected by applicable law. No right or license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights and any applicable IDX or source restrictions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how REO Hub processes personal information. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to submit a deletion request.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of REO Hub, correct errors, or remove content at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, preservation of a particular listing, or compatibility with every device or service.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REO Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REO Hub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or opportunities, loss of data, or property or transaction losses arising from use of or reliance on the service or a third-party source. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the greater of the amount you paid REO Hub to use the service in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
