Overview

REO Hub is a property-discovery service for Florida real-estate listings. This policy explains what information REO Hub processes when you browse the site, use an optional location feature, contact us, access an authorized administrator account, or use a Meta-connected feature.

Information we collect

  • Basic usage and device information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and diagnostic or security events.
  • Nearby-search location. If you choose “Near me” and grant browser permission, the site rounds your latitude and longitude to four decimal places and sends them as search parameters so it can calculate distance. REO Hub does not save that location to a user profile or property record. The parameters may still appear in browser history and ordinary hosting logs.
  • Communications. If you email us, we receive the address and content you provide so we can answer the request and maintain an appropriate support record.
  • Administrator information. Authorized administrators provide account and authentication information. The public site does not offer consumer account registration.
  • Meta platform information. If you use a Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta feature connected to REO Hub, Meta may provide identifiers and other information you authorize. We use that information only to provide and secure the requested feature.

Property listings may contain public or licensed real-estate information obtained from outside sources. REO Hub does not intentionally use listings to create personal profiles of property owners or occupants.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve REO Hub;
  • show relevant property results and calculate optional nearby distances;
  • respond to support, privacy, deletion, and listing-correction requests;
  • maintain authorized administrator access and prevent abuse; and
  • comply with law and enforce our terms.

REO Hub does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and similar technology

Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for administrator authentication, security, and core site operation. REO Hub does not currently operate a public consumer account system or an advertising-cookie program. A third-party destination you choose to visit may use its own cookies under its own policy.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that host, store, secure, or support REO Hub, only as needed for those services. The site also links to third-party listing, mapping, government-record, research, image, and social-platform services. When you follow one of those links, the destination receives information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to secure the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and service provider. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion rights

You can decline location permission, clear nearby-search parameters, avoid external links, or remove a connected Meta app through Meta’s Apps and Websites settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process. Some information may be retained where law, security, fraud prevention, or another legitimate obligation requires it.

Children

REO Hub is a real-estate research service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
